Scott Dight
CO.FOUNDER — PRODUCTION
Scott has spent 30 years as a machinist, programming and operating equipment that builds precision parts — including components for underground mining machinery. Sign-making has been part of his craft for close to a decade, too — he's been cutting and carving custom wood signs for years, long before Treeline existed. More recently, he added a laser engraving system to expand that work into metal, acrylic, and glass — bringing three decades of precision to everything Treeline produces, from custom drinkware to branded signage.
Felix Riba
CO.FOUNDER — SALES & GROWTH
Felix has spent his career building and growing companies, leading sales and marketing for organizations across multiple industries. When Scott saw the potential in his new equipment, Felix saw something bigger than a website — and the two became full partners, with Felix leading sales, marketing, and business development for Treeline.
HOW WE STARTED
A passion project that became a partnership.
It started with Scott buying a laser engraving machine simply because he wanted one — a new challenge to apply decades of hands-on skill to. Within months, he was producing real work for real customers.
When he asked for help building a website, Felix saw more than a side project — he saw a real business. Instead of just building a website, he asked to become a full partner. Today, Treeline is run 50/50, with Scott leading production and Felix leading growth.

Treeline is based in the Ohio Valley, serving the tri-state area and the greater Pittsburgh area in person — and shipping custom pieces to businesses and individuals nationwide.
